我有跟一个相识几十年的好朋友

时常互相鼓励和互相提醒。

因为我们

感觉自己一直以来

都对待别人好过对待自己。

现在

我们也该多爱自己的时候了。

所以，

我时不时会把左手

放在心胸，

安憮几下。

然后对自己说：
